Report a suspected vulnerability or ask what is held about a person. We confirm receipt and reply in writing.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (EET). Messages about a live reputation incident are read outside those hours.
Before you write
The manual inside a workspace answers most operating questions: registering a source, adding an entity, checking a claim, generating a briefing and sharing it outside the office.
Contracting, invoicing or plan changes are handled in writing, so a message is the right start rather than a phone call.
